At GaiaXus, we are committed to protecting the privacy and data security of all individuals, particularly children, who use our education technology services. This Data Privacy Policy outlines our practices concerning the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information and data associated with our services.

Information We Collect

Environmental sensor and device information.  

The GaiaXus system collects water quality data and technical data associated with the operation of the sensor, including but not limited to water temperature, salinity, battery status and device identity. The system forwards these data to our cloud where it is shared with authorized partners (e.g. mapping), and may be made public.

Student Information

We do not collect student Personal Identifiable Information.

Teacher and School Information:

We may collect information related to teachers and schools, such as names, email addresses, contact information, classes taught and professional credentials.  These information are not shared outside of GaiaXus, are not sold or in other form commercialized.
